- It is not our current policy to charge an Administration Fee. We do, however, reserve the right, in exeptional circumstances, to levy an administration fee of £10.00. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, refund of all or part of a BLOCK BOOKING entry fee in any of the sports that we offer when such refund is requested by the customer. No Administration Fee will be charged when Playmoresport.org offers a refund as compensation (see Refund Policy below).
- Data Protection
- Playmoresport.org takes data protection very seriously. All data held by Playmoresport.org is held solely for the purpose of Playmoresport.org being able to conduct it's normal business activities with customers. No data will be shared with Third Parties for any purpose and we undertake to keep your data secure at all times.
- Refund Policy
- Playmoresport.org does not normally offer refunds. In the case of outdoor sports, we will continue to play in all but the most severe weather conditions or when other circumstances arise which are out of our control. Where we do make a refund at the customers request, we will refund any amount which is unused minus an Administration Charge as detailed above in the Admin Fee section of this document.
- Ordering
- When you book a place or places with Playmoresport.org by clicking "Place Order" at checkout, you are agreeing to pay Playmoresport.org the amount shown as "Grand Total" by your chosen method. In the event of your failure to pay, Playmoresport.org will take measures to recover any outstanding amount plus any cost which Playmoresport.org may incur in the process of recovery including, but not limited to, Administration Costs, Recovery Costs, Bank Charges, Credit Card Charges etc. Playmoresport.org undertakes that it will not charge excessive costs and that all charges incurred by the customer will be itemised and sent to the customer at the email address that the customer provides at the time of opening their account with Playmoresport.org.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All payments must be made in UK Pounds Sterling at the time of purchase. Our pricing is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to offer promotional prices to new and/or existing customers. Promotions offered exclusively to new customers will not be available to existing customers.
- Viewing Orders
- Once you have created your account with Playmoresport.org, you will be able to view your order history and the current state of any outstanding orders by logging into your account and viewing "My Account"
- Updating Account Information
- It is the responsibility of all account holders to keep their account information up to date. This is particularly important with respect to email addresses as this is the primary method of communication between Playmoresport.org and it's customers.
